Who we are

Ohm at Work was founded by Hendrik and Jorine, they’ve experienced that a regulated nervous system isn't a luxury, it's a professional necessity. And now they’re on a mission to give everybody access to that necessity.

Jorine has spent years in the start-up and scale-up world. Stress and focus have been a big problem for me for years," Jorine reflects. "I found something that helped me on a level that far exceeds just getting my work done. Breathwork transformed the way I show up as a colleague, as a partner, and as a mother."

Hendrik with his background in econometry and consultancy, has been navigating the entrepreneurial rollercoaster for over a decade. He knows firsthand that success and failure both come with their own unique flavours of stress.

Hendrik realised that breathwork wasn't just a personal tool, it was a solution to what he calls "a substantial problem in our society: stress and what it costs, not just in money, but also in energy, joy, and relationships."

They were tired of watching talented people burn out simply because they didn't have the right tools. They realised that breathwork belonged exactly where stress hits hardest: in the workplace.
